Attorney Robert D. Krintzman

Robert D. Krintzman has practiced law for more than thirty years, representing public and private companies in high-technology, entertainment, real estate, venture capital, and energy sectors, including several years of concurrent general counsel and business management experience, structuring and documenting complex corporate, securities, joint venture, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and other transactional matters.

Mr. Krintzman received his law degree (J.D.) from the University of California (Boalt Hall) School of Law and his undergraduate degree (B.A. Economics) from Yale.  He is a member of the California Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
